Please follow these steps to set or reset your email password, replacing yourdomain.example with your domain:
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://webmail.yourdomain.example
- Click on the "reset password" link (in grey letters below the password field).
- Use the email address you want to reset the password for as the user name, then click on "reset password".
- You will be asked for your contact email address. Enter your recovery email address, then click on "send security code".
- The system will send a message with a reset code to your recovery address. If you don't get it in a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Enter the reset code and press "Submit"
- You will be prompted to enter and confirm your new password. Click on "Set Password"
- You can now log into webmail and use your password to set up mail on your device. The webmail interface provides more information on connecting your device.
